Toyota MR-S (MR2 Spyder) – Rear Fender Vent Area 3D Scan Data

High-Detail OEM 3D Scan | Factory Vent Opening & Mounting Points | Digital Download

Develop your own custom aerodynamic components with this detailed 3D scan of the Toyota MR-S (ZZW30) rear fender vent area.

Captured directly from the original factory bodywork, this scan provides reference geometry of the rear quarter panel surrounding the factory side intake, including the vent opening, surrounding body contours, recessed surfaces and OEM mounting locations.

Ideal for automotive designers, fabricators and 3D printing enthusiasts looking to create custom side ducts, intake scoops, vent inserts or replacement trim components without requiring direct access to the vehicle.

Product Features

OEM Toyota MR-S Geometry – Digitally scanned from the original factory rear quarter panel.
Factory Vent Opening – Includes the original side intake opening and surrounding recessed geometry.
OEM Mounting Points – Captures visible factory attachment locations and mounting details around the vent opening.
Surrounding Body Geometry – Provides reference surfaces for designing components that follow the original bodywork.
Custom Vent Development – Ideal for designing replacement intake ducts, vent surrounds, grilles and aerodynamic components.
CAD & 3D Modelling Reference – Suitable for use in Blender and compatible 3D modelling software.
Save Development Time – Design around existing factory geometry without needing to scan the vehicle yourself.

Ideal Applications

Custom side intake ducts and scoops
Replacement OEM side vent components
Removable grille and mesh insert development
Aftermarket intake vent surrounds
Custom aerodynamic bodywork
3D printed prototypes and composite tooling
OEM-style replacement trim design

Scan Accuracy & Fitment

The scan provides a detailed representation of the factory rear fender vent area, including the surrounding panel contours and visible mounting features.

This makes it an excellent starting point for developing custom components designed to integrate with the original bodywork.

Please note: Although the scan provides a close reference to the original vehicle geometry, minor variations may occur when translating the digital model into a physical component. Printing tolerances, material shrinkage, panel alignment and manufacturing methods can all affect final fitment.

Test fitting and minor adjustments may be required to achieve the desired alignment on the vehicle.

Important Information

This product contains 3D scan reference data, not a finished, ready-to-print vent or replacement body panel.

The scan includes original factory geometry but may contain scan noise, incomplete surfaces, irregular mesh edges or disconnected geometry.

It is intended for use as a dimensional and design reference rather than a finished, watertight CAD model.

Only the scanned section of the rear quarter panel is included, not the complete rear fender or vehicle body.

Mesh cleanup, surface reconstruction and additional modelling may be required depending on your intended application.

What's Included

Toyota MR-S (ZZW30) rear fender vent area 3D scan data
Factory side intake opening geometry
Surrounding OEM quarter panel surface geometry

Please Note

Digital download only – No physical components will be shipped.
This is raw 3D scan data, not a production-ready CAD model or printable replacement vent.
Experience with 3D modelling and mesh editing is recommended.
Manufacturing tolerances and finished part fitment must be verified independently.
Redistribution or resale of the original scan files is prohibited without written permission from C1 Studio.
