Toyota Tacoma Gen-3 Adjustable Bed Rack - No-Weld Kit

Build your own bed rack with a straightforward bolt-together design. Have the sheet-metal components laser cut and bent using the supplied DXF files, source the framing and hardware from the parts list, then assemble your rack. No welding required.

The design combines aluminium T-slot framing, formed uprights, slotted top crossmembers and MOLLE-style side panels. Adjustable crossmember positioning lets you arrange the rack to suit your equipment and intended use.

What’s included

The digital download includes DXF files for laser cutting and bending, a complete cut list, a parts list with vendor part numbers, dimensioned drawings and assembly instructions. Drawings show both metric and imperial dimensions.

Vehicle fitment

Designed around the third-generation Toyota Tacoma, 2016–2023. Its universal-style construction also allows adaptation to other Tacoma generations, although cutting and adjustment of the rails may be required. Fitment should be checked against your vehicle’s bed dimensions and mounting arrangement.
