Bring the aggressive, motorsport-inspired styling of the highly sought-after Toyota GRMN to your own GR Corolla with these custom-designed fender vent inserts.

Designed to be integrated directly into your existing OEM steel front guards, these inserts allow you to recreate the distinctive vented appearance of the GRMN without needing to purchase replacement fenders.

Unlike stick-on cosmetic vents, these are designed to be physically integrated into the factory steel panels for a more authentic, factory-inspired appearance.

I've personally used these exact files to modify OEM GR Corolla steel guards, achieving a fantastic finished result, as shown in the listing photos.

What's Included

  • 3D printable GRMN-style fender vent inserts

3D printable cutting templates to help mark the correct locations on your OEM guards

  • Digital files ready to send to your local 3D printing service

Installation & Important Information

This is a custom fabrication project and will require cutting, fitting and finishing work. Please read the following before purchasing.

1. Cutting & Panel Reinforcement

The vents require holes to be cut into the factory steel guards.

Removing sections of the steel will reduce the panel's rigidity, potentially causing it to wobble, flex or lose its original shape.

I highly recommend cutting and bonding one vent insert at a time, rather than cutting out all the openings at once. This helps retain as much panel stability as possible throughout the installation.

Once the inserts have been fitted, I strongly recommend reinforcing the rear of the modified guard using composite materials such as fibreglass to restore rigidity and provide additional support.

2. Fitting & Adjustments

Some trimming, sanding and grinding of the printed inserts will be necessary to achieve the correct fit.

The inserts have been designed with sufficient material thickness to allow reliable 3D printing and prevent them from being excessively thin or flexible.

Because of this, certain areas may interfere with the underside of the factory steel guard, particularly around bends, curves and mounting surfaces.

These areas may need to be carefully trimmed or sanded back to allow the insert to sit in its intended position.

Do not expect the inserts to simply drop into place immediately after cutting the holes.

There is some hands-on fabrication involved, but anyone comfortable with basic automotive bodywork, sanding, grinding and bonding should be able to achieve a great result with patience and care.

As shown in my listing photos, I have personally completed this process using these files on genuine OEM steel GR Corolla guards, with excellent results.

3. Cutting Templates

The files include 3D printable templates to assist with positioning and marking the areas to be removed from your factory guards.

These templates are intended as installation guides. Always double-check positioning, alignment and clearances before making any cuts.

Printing & Finishing

Don't own a 3D printer? No problem. Simply send the files to a friend or local 3D printing service. Search "3D printing near me" to find someone who can print them for you.

For automotive use, I recommend printing in a suitable heat-resistant material and reinforcing the final installation with composite materials.

The inserts can be sanded, primed and painted to achieve a seamless, factory-style finish.

Customisation & Support

If you require changes to wall thickness, printing adjustments or any other file modifications, please reach out. I'm happy to modify the files to suit your specific requirements.

Please Note

  • This listing is for digital 3D printing files only. No physical parts are included.

  • Installation requires permanently cutting and modifying your original steel fenders.

  • Cutting templates are guides and do not eliminate the need for test-fitting and adjustments.

  • Printing, cutting, bonding, reinforcement, preparation and finishing are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Modifying factory steel panels may affect their structural rigidity, corrosion protection and roadworthiness. Professional bodywork assistance is recommended if you're unsure.

  • These are independently designed GRMN-style components, not genuine Toyota GRMN parts.

These files are a great starting point for anyone looking to achieve the GRMN appearance while retaining their original GR Corolla steel guards.

With some patience and hands-on fabrication, you can achieve a result very similar to the completed guards shown in my photos.

Thanks for your support!
